Market Research (Special Education)
Special Compass' mission is to help provide support for students with special needs. We want to better understand our target market and the overall market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct market research. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s values, products and services. Researching our target market and market potential. Researching the industry and competitive landscape. Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products and services. Springboard | UI/UX Design Project
Problem Statement Special Compass aims to bridge the gap in educational accessibility and inclusivity for students with diverse learning needs. Currently, the tools and systems in place lack seamless integration, making it challenging to streamline operations such as lead generation, client management, payments, digital marketing, and feedback collection. This disjointed approach limits our capacity to effectively support educators, parents, and students. Criteria for Success Operational Efficiency : Implementing an integrated system that automates lead generation, CRM management, payments, and feedback processes within the WiX platform. User Experience : Ensuring the platform is intuitive and user-friendly for clients and internal staff. Impact Measurement : Establishing mechanisms to track and analyze engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve services.
