Business Expansion and New Regions
We are looking for assistance in finding and completing business expansion business planning as our NPO is looking to expand in the West of Canada such as Vancouver and bring affordable educational services to communities across Canada. We believe this project will include: Assist with defining a company-identified community gap and defining the scope of a corresponding project. Develop a business strategy/planning that characterizes the community needs and justifies the need for our project and organizational expansion. Assist in Identifying potential business collaborators to support the expansion. Connect with communities and youth to promote NPO's mission.
Data Analysis Research
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our data analysis and visualization processes for program registrations. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for understanding both internal and external datasets. In this project, the goal is to use data analysis methods to help our organization derive insights and make more informed decisions. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts. Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results. Leveraging existing tools such as Monday.com Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future areas of programs.

Human Resources Management at U+ Education
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our processes for staff recruitment and management. We have a desire to focus specifically on our approaches for attracting & recruiting candidates for specific role/roles. The goal is to deliver several HR Management objectives in recruitment, employer handbooks, onboarding site, and policies.. We want to use this opportunity to create an updated and improved HR Management Handbook covering the entire HR life cycle from recruitment, compensation, performance assessment, to exit. Through this collaboration, we would like to deliver three key areas: Research HRM best practices Aid in recruitment and selection activities including job analysis, posting positions, updating applicant tracking systems, screening applicants, scheduling and interviews Update HR Management handbook and policies
