Learners are awarded this badge for successful completion of the Impact Projects program. They have earned an entry-level IT certification, engaged in career and success coaching, and collaborated on an employer project to showcase their technical and career readiness skills.

The Work-Integrated Learner achievement is awarded to learners who applied their skills to a real-world problem by completing a project for an external partner. These learners provided real benefit to businesses while developing experience.

The Project Participant achievement is awarded to learners who start their first project, demonstrating their commitment to putting learned skills to practice.
