Going 4 Values is seeking a comprehensive service-as-a-product launch plan for their new retreat series. The project involves developing a strategic plan to promote and gain paid sign-ups for an introductory virtual mini-retreat series during the Winter, followed by an in-person retreat at Banff National Park next year (with the potential for many in-person retreats and follow-up one on one and group coaching/guidance for participants).


The retreats aim to inspire participants to embark on their own Life of Meaning projects by leveraging the transformative power of nature. The project requires conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify target demographics and effective marketing strategies. The ultimate goal is to create a compelling narrative that encourages participation and fosters a community of individuals dedicated to personal growth and purpose-driven living.

Deliverables

The project will deliver a detailed launch plan that includes:

- A competitive analysis highlighting unique selling propositions.


- A marketing strategy for both virtual and in-person retreats.
