Details

The Goalden Corridor Experience is envisioned as a FIFA-inspired, multi-day cultural and sporting event. The project aims to create a comprehensive playbook that outlines the essential strategies for executing this event successfully. Students will delve into various aspects such as operational planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and partnership development. The project will require students to research and propose logistics solutions, revenue models, and sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, they will develop a detailed implementation timeline to ensure the event's seamless execution. This project provides an opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge in event management, finance, and marketing to a real-world scenario, enhancing their strategic planning and organizational skills.

Deliverables

The primary deliverable is a detailed playbook that includes:

- A comprehensive operational plan outlining logistics and event management strategies.

- A financial model detailing revenue streams and budget management.

- A marketing strategy to promote the event and engage potential attendees.

- A partnership strategy identifying potential sponsors and collaborators.

- An implementation timeline that maps out key milestones and deadlines.

This playbook will serve as a strategic guide for executing the Goalden Corridor Experience effectively.
