This project focuses on leveraging AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging technology to optimize the customer journey across our key digital channels: the website, email, and content hub. You will architect data pipelines, build automated workflows, and implement A/B testing frameworks to drive growth and enhance user experience. You will work closely with the founder to transform data insights into actionable technical strategies.






Deliverables

1. AI-Enhanced Content Strategy & Analysis

  • Utilize conversational AI/LLM tools for content ideation, headline generation, and SEO meta-description writing for blog posts on Adaptive Fashion and Accessibility.
  • Develop a keyword clustering model to identify topic authority opportunities and build a content calendar based on search intent and potential revenue generation.
  • Engineer a content performance dashboard to analyze blog post engagement metrics and correlate them with organic search traffic and conversion rates.
  • Proofread and publish technically optimized content through the CMS, ensuring proper header tag structure and keyword integration.


2. Data-Driven Email Marketing Automation

  • Develop and implement a propensity model to predict customer churn and identify high-value segments for targeted email campaigns.
  • Engineer automated email workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) using Python scripting to integrate with our email API.
  • Build an A/B testing framework for subject lines, content, and send times. Analyze results using statistical methods to establish data-backed best practices.
  • Design and query a subscriber database to track user journey touchpoints and conceptualize data-driven strategies for list growth and retention.

3. E-commerce Platform Analytics & SEO Optimization

  • Perform data cleaning and visualization of sales and user behavior data (using Python, Tableau/Power BI) to monitor KPIs and inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop a Python web scraper to conduct competitive analysis on product positioning, pricing, and SEO strategies.
  • Manage the technical SEO infrastructure: XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
  • Build automated reports in Google Data Studio or Tableau to track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion metrics from Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
  • Implement and merchandise product listings within the CMS, ensuring accurate categorization and metadata for an optimal user experience and search performance.


Preferred Technical Skills & Exposure:

  • Experience with or eagerness to learn data analysis platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy in Jupyter Notebooks) and automation.
  • Understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for basic troubleshooting and SEO.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools for content and operational efficiency.
