Redevelop our White Paper to captivate attention in the professional talent development and training space


Develop and discuss a short term communication strategy that will work for our needs.


Develop an editorial schedule and content for 12 short web-site articles up to 1000 words each that address and redevelop our existing content.


Develop a series of enthusiastic and attention-getting posts that will work for Linked In audiences; & potentially Twitter



Deliverables

Conduct brief research (1 day max) to familiarize yourself with current trends in workforce development, talent development among training, performance and organizational change leaders. Scope out current industry productivity and organization issues. Include Deloitte Learning and top learning and development and HR publications. The focus of this project is primarily the communication deliverables.


Develop a focused short-term marketing and communications strategy with a 3-6 months implementation view positioning the company as a market leader in a unique fast-track performance niche.


Develop and rewrite a professional level Whitepaper targeted for industry leaders that includes these issues with support from our existing Whitepaper resources and guidance from the CEO. Once a generic version finalized, redevelop versions of the Whitepaper to suit different audiences, ie HR, Managers, OD/Learning, Training & development professionals, Executives & Managers.


Then develop an editorial schedule and propose 10 short topical articles up to 1000 words focused on key elements of the research & strategy.


Review editorial schedule with CEO.


Write and edit the articles for final acceptance


Conduct preliminary research about Linked In communication & growth strategies. Then develop and write a series of engaging posts for Linked In audiences.
