Learner goals and capabilities

You are a company (or an NGO) looking to create organizational growth, accomplish a business pivot, develop an opportunity, or resolve an issue. In this project, organized student-consultant teams will apply their knowledge, diagnostic skills, and critical analyses to solve problems, strategize pivots, determine opportunities, and/or augment growth or capacity.

Based on a combination of internal and external factors, the teams will complete an analysis and provide strategic recommendations, practical options, and design an action plan appropriate to your business situation.

As a participating organization, you will provide a specific question, topic, challenge, or opportunity that will be the focus for review, analysis, and recommendations by the team.
